Flight Cancellation by 400ft. VIEW
The Pilot In Command (PIC) of an aircraft is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to, the operation of that aircraft.* The decision to cancel a flight may be made on but not limited to the following:
minimum weather conditions (described on this page)
restricted airspace - these can be permanent or temporary in nature
risk management analysis indicating a high probability of a safety issue which may lead to a UAS mishap

The Unmanned Areal Vehicle (UAV) will maintain Line of Sight with the Pilot In Command or spotter
Maximum altitude of the UAV will be 400 feet Above Ground Level (AGL). The UAV may breach 400 feet AGL when it is within 400 feet of an obstacle. The new altitude restriction is 400 feet above that obstacle.
Anti-collision lighting is required for flights 30 minutes after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise.
Weather Minimums
Precipitation of any kind can damage the camera and gimbal, short out a motor, or cause other malfunctions to the drone or controller.
The Autel Robotics EVO II UAV can fly in winds up to 40mph. strong winds will affect aircraft performance and flight time causing a safety risk.
The temperature range of the Autel Robotics EVO II UAV is 14°-104°F (-10°-40°C)
Flight operations must be 500 feet below clouds and 2,000 feet away laterally.
Media Ownership and Licensing
Upon payment of all services, 400ft. VIEW and the client share dual ownership of all images and video in raw and post production format. The client does not need to pay for any licensing for any media in addition to the agreed invoice and may post in full or in part any product delivered to the client by 400ft. VIEW to web sites, social media or print. 400ft. VIEW may use any portion of the media for marketing purposes.
